On May 6, 2017 at 9:00 PM, HGTV will premier its new series “Lakefront Bargain Hunt Renovation” featuring our partner in Ohio, Chris Mosier, owner of Lakefront Living Realty-The Lake Team.
The show follows Mark & Mary-Lynn Ridgeway as they renovate their recently purchased dream lake home at Apple Valley Lake in Mt. Vernon Ohio. We couldn’t be more proud of Chris and her team!
Chris worked hand in hand with the producers to plan the show from contractors to buyer’s activities.
Contractor Bob Pack with Quality Construction Services transforms the outdated home, which had minimal lake views, into a gorgeous updated home that takes your breath away! Renown designer, Julie Devito-Butler from Galena Ohio, brought in the final touch as she set the stage bringing in highly-desired lakefront lifestyle furnishings.
For fun area activities, the show features local lake home owners Dr. Bob & Jennifer Heck, Tom & Laurie Clements and Leslie and Bob Small hosting “docktail” parties as the Buyers “dock hop” via boat. Sherri Lechner, owner of Indian Bear Winery, hosts the Ridgeway’s wine tasting adventure at the hidden gem of a winery that brings Napa to Ohio!
Chris and her Lake Team are looking forward to filming more HGTV shows at various Ohio lakes in the future. Lakefront Living Realty is Ohio’s only real estate company focused solely on helping unite buyers and sellers of lakefront homes statewide.
